Qualifications

• Assist Recon Manager in overseeing daily reconditioning operations.
• Drive production to meet frontline commitments and inventory targets.
• Monitor aging units and ensure timely completion.
• Partner with technicians, parts and vendors to remove roadblocks.
• Maintain high quality, cost control and safety standards across repairs.
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities
