Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a Reconciliation Support Specialist to assist with daily cash application, investigate unapplied funds, and help resolve payment discrepancies for customers. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate processing and complete documentation.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in accounting and 1+ years of experience, with strong Excel skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, accounting background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and organized; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Post daily incoming cash and prepare payment loaders for large customers.
• Research unapplied payments and assist with resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with teams and customers to resolve payment issues and support audits.
