Castle Connolly Top Doctors is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative, Recognition Products, to own the full sales cycle for plaques, digital badges, logo licensing and custom recognition packages that physicians, dentists and hospitals purchase.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Physician Partnerships, you will generate leads, close new business, and manage renewal and repeat-purchase cycles while collaborating with marketing, research, and other departments to maximize revenue

Qualifikationen

• Must have prior direct sales experience.
• 1-3 years of proven sales experience and success, ideally with healthcare exposure.
• Excellent written and verbal communications with physicians, dentists, and hospital leadership.
• Knowledge and experience with Salesforce platform a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Aufgaben

• Achieve/exceed established sales targets.
• Identify and secure opportunities among newly recognized physicians, dentists and hospitals.
• Educate honorees and hospital marketing teams on licensing guidelines and the full recognition products portfolio.
• Develop strategic, integrated proposals across the organization.
• Optimize existing and past relationships to maximize revenue.
• Manage renewal and repeat-purchase cycles for plaques, logos and recognition packages.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance to clients and internally.
• Collaborate with research and marketing departments on product development ideas.
