Castle Connolly Top Doctors is recruiting a Sales Representative for Recognition Products to drive revenue by selling plaques, digital badges, logo licensing, and custom recognition packages to physicians, dentists, and hospitals nationwide.

You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to renewal, coordinating with marketing and research to expand the portfolio and exceed targets. A healthcare background and proven sales success are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must have prior direct sales experience.
• 1–3 years of proven sales experience; healthcare exposure is a plus.
• Ability to organize and manage many accounts while delivering strong customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communications to speak credibly with physicians and hospital leadership.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Salesforce is a plus.

• Manage renewal and repeat-purchase cycles for plaques, logos, and recognition packages.
• Monitor campaign performance and report to clients and internal teams.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking; collaborate with research and marketing.
