Job summary

Castle Connolly Top Doctors is seeking a Sales Representative for Recognition Products to drive revenue by selling plaques, digital badges, logo licensing, and custom recognition packages to physicians, dentists, and hospitals nationwide. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while building long-term relationships with hospital marketing teams.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, communication with medical professionals, and renewal management.

Qualifications

• Must have prior direct sales experience.
• 1–3 years of proven sales experience, healthcare exposure preferred.
• Ability to organize and maintain many accounts with outstanding customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communications with physicians, dentists and hospital leadership.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed established sales targets.
• Identify and close opportunities among newly recognized physicians, dentists and hospitals.
• Educate honorees and hospital marketing teams on licensing guidelines and product portfolio.
• Develop strategic, integrated proposals across the organization.
• Manage renewal and repeat-purchase cycles for plaques, logos, and recognition packages.
• Monitor campaign performance and report results to clients.
