Job summary

Integrity, LLC, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is seeking an Incentives and Recognition Coordinator to support the development and execution of recognition programs for our field agents and their base shops.

You will manage communications, assemble and ship recognition pieces, procure POs, maintain inventory, and work with Marketing on social media campaigns while ensuring timely invoicing and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recognition or equivalent in recognition efforts through Direct Selling.
• Experience in procuring, purchasing, negotiating for purchase orders.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Recognition and Incentives inbox.
• Manage client-facing communications with reward recipients via phone and email.
• Assemble, ship and inventory monthly, quarterly and event recognition pieces.
• Procure and ensure purchase orders are completed.
• Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ordering and archiving recognition lists.
• Collaborate with Marketing on Social Media campaigns and initiatives.
• Process invoices in a timely manner.
• Assist leadership with budget development and adherence.
• Review, respond to and close cases in the recognition queue.
• Handle ordering, fulfillment, and shipping of incentive redemptions for agents.
• Manage online store inventory and liaise with vendors.
