Reclectic in Cobb, GA is seeking a part-time Key Holder to join our team. This role supports the store leadership in delivering excellent customer service, achieving daily goals, and ensuring product flow.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, manage daily tasks, handle ladder safety and lifting, and help onboard new hires. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience gained in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey information clearly.
• Comfortable with ladder work and lifting more than 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Initiates conversations with customers entering the store and informs them of current promotions.
• Contributes to a selling environment by sharing product information and pricing.
• Delivers a seamless shopping experience through product knowledge and pricing strategy.
• Supports the in-store pickup process including loading furniture into vehicles.
• Leads daily store operations and drives sales across zones.
• Provides timely feedback to teammates and supports onboarding of new hires.

Reclectic is growing and opening a new location in Kennesaw, GA! We are looking for a part-time Key Holder to join this team.

A Key Holder contributes to creating a customer-centric environment by supporting the store leadership team in excellent customer service, daily store objectives, consistent product flow and leading the team to achieve overall store goals.

Role Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Initiates conversation with customers as they enter the store and informs them of current promotions
• Contributes to a selling environment by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product information and pricing
• Delivers a seamless shopping experience through understanding of product, pricing strategy, and utilization of technology
• Supports the customer in-store pickup process including loading of furniture into vehicles

Leadership + Team Management

• Leads the store environment and customer experience with managing and adjusting the daily zone chart, driving sales, and maximizing productivity in all store areas
• Acts as an elevated team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer’s experience
• Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability
• Provides insight on associate performance to the leadership team for development

Visual + Business Operations

• Maintains standards and cleanliness by supporting daily tasks to create the best possible store environment; collaborates with key partners to receive and place new product
• Supports daily opening and closing procedures along with ensuring product pricing and promotions are executed and signed accurately
• Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store

Communication + Relationships

• Actively participates in daily meetings and takes initiative in teaching and sharing of product knowledge
• Checks in with leadership to maintain communication and teamwork on completing store objectives
• Assists the Associate team in their growth and problem solving; supports new hire onboarding in their orientation and zone development

• Must be comfortable on a ladder and have ability to lift and push more than 50lbs
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay Range

Starting from USD $17.00/Hr.
