Reclectic is opening a new location in Kennesaw, GA and is seeking a full-time Key Holder to join the team. This role supports the store leadership in delivering exceptional customer service, achieving daily objectives, and maintaining product flow.

You will lead in-store experience, mentor team members, assist with opening and closing procedures, and uphold pricing and safety standards to drive store profitability.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience demonstrated in retail or similar setting.
• Clear communication with the ability to set objectives and follow through.
• Comfortable working on a ladder and able to lift and push more than 50 lbs.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers as they enter the store and share information on promotions.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, pricing, and seamless shopping experience.
• Support in-store pickup process and loading furniture into vehicles.
• Lead store environment, drive sales, and maximize productivity across zones.
• Provide timely feedback to team and support development.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage, ensure pricing accuracy.
• Participate in daily meetings and support onboarding of new hires.

Role Summary

Reclectic is growing and opening a new location in Kennesaw, GA! We are looking for a full-time Key Holder to join this team.

A Key Holder contributes to creating a customer-centric environment by supporting the store leadership team in excellent customer service, daily store objectives, consistent product flow and leading the team to achieve overall store goals.

Role Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Initiates conversation with customers as they enter the store and informs them of current promotions
• Contributes to a selling environment by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product information and pricing
• Delivers a seamless shopping experience through understanding of product, pricing strategy, and utilization of technology
• Supports the customer in-store pickup process including loading of furniture into vehicles

Leadership + Team Management

• Leads the store environment and customer experience with managing and adjusting the daily zone chart, driving sales, and maximizing productivity in all store areas
• Acts as an elevated team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer’s experience
• Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability
• Provides insight on associate performance to the leadership team for development

Visual + Business Operations

• Maintains standards and cleanliness by supporting daily tasks to create the best possible store environment; collaborates with key partners to receive and place new product
• Supports daily opening and closing procedures along with ensuring product pricing and promotions are executed and signed accurately
• Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store

Communication + Relationships

• Actively participates in daily meetings and takes initiative in teaching and sharing of product knowledge
• Checks in with leadership to maintain communication and teamwork on completing store objectives
• Assists the Associate team in their growth and problem solving; supports new hire onboarding in their orientation and zone development

Pay Range

Starting from USD $17.00/Hr.
