Qualifications

• Experience with HUD Handbook 4350.3 regulations.
• Knowledge of LIHTC requirements and Project-Based Section 8.
• Ability to review income, assets, and household composition efficiently.
• Strong documentation and audit readiness skills.

Responsibilities

• Process annual and interim recertifications for HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8 residents.
• Prepare 50059 forms and other compliance documentation.
• Monitor EIV reports and income verifications.
• Maintain auditable resident files and compliance trackers.
• Coordinate with management and auditors to ensure timely audits.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and file corrections as needed.
