KMG Prestige is seeking a detail-oriented Recertification Specialist for Renaissance Towers in Hammond, Indiana. You will handle LIHTC-related recertifications, move-ins, and resident notices while keeping accuracy and deadlines in mind.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• LIHTC HUD / Section 8 Recertification knowledge.
• LIHTC & Section 42 rules familiarity.
• COS & TCS Certification a plus.
• Regulatory knowledge for compliance programs.
• HUD Handbook 4350.3 & HOTMA familiarity.
• Strong communication skills and deadline focus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in affordable housing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage agency reporting and notices for residents.
• Process move-ins and recertifications in a timely manner.
• Monitor resident accounts and respond to inquiries.
• Support compliance investigations and audits as needed.
