SUMMARY
The Certification Specialist is responsible for processing all applicant files for move‑in by conducting household interviews, ensuring all information is correctly listed and documented on the application, completing background screenings, obtaining third‑party verifications, tracking responses, submitting for approval, and preparing files appropriately for lease and certification signing.
