Job summary

Envolve CommunityManagement, LLC is seeking a full-time Recertification Manager to join an apartment community in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on timely annual recertifications, HUD/LIHTC compliance, and efficient lease administration at the property level.

You will coordinate with the compliance team, issue required notices, file documents, and prepare reports. Candidates should have tax credit and leasing/compliance experience and knowledge of affordable housing paperwork.

Qualifications

• Tax Credit and HUD/Section 8 knowledge.
• Leasing/Compliance experience.
• Knowledge of affordable housing compliance paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Timely process annual recertifications
• Work with the Envolve compliance team to ensure all HUD/LIHTC rules are followed
• Process interim certifications
• Send recertification notices on time to tenants
• File completed recertifications and interims in tenant files
• Provide any required reporting
• Other tasks as may be assigned
