We are currently seeking a full-time Recertification II to join our team, specifically focused on working with seniors. The minimum qualifications are one or more years experience in leading and occupancy functions, property management, or loan processing with HUD program guidelines. Knowledge of HUD policies and procedures governing subsidized elderly housing and recertification including experience working with the elderly, nonprofit, or the property management experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will enhance recertification process, inspections, and voucher rent coordination in a professional and courteous manner.

A typical day in the life of a Recertification II working with seniors includes, but not limited to all resident recertification processing, paperwork, and inspections including irregular updates to tenant information as needed. This position also assists with various repair and replacement requisitions, move in and move out proceedings, voucher rent coordination, coordinate apartment inspections for recertification, maintain accurate and timely statistical records and reports pertaining to HUD, PCH, and to the residents.
This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday.
