A typical day in the life of a Maintenance I working with seniors involves overseeing both resident apartments and property maintenance needs. Every day brings new opportunities to make a positive impact on both residents and staff, creating a safe, welcoming environment for seniors to call home.
This is a full‑time position, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional on‑call responsibilities for emergencies. While most of your workdays will be during regular business hours, there may be times when you’ll need to respond to urgent situations outside of these hours to ensure the safety and well‑being of our residents. Flexibility and responsiveness are key to this role.
This position requires the successful completion of drug and background testing as part of the hiring process. The drug test does not screen for marijuana.
