Qualifications

• Knowledge of HUD policies and procedures governing subsidized elderly housing and recertification.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident recertification processing, paperwork, and inspections.
• Assist with repair and replacement requisitions, move in/out proceedings, and voucher rent coordination.
• Coordinate apartment inspections for recertification and maintain timely HUD-related records.
