Job summary

Legend Biotech in Somerset, NJ seeks a professional Receptionist to join the Administrative team and support site operations.

You will greet visitors, manage badges, answer calls, handle mail, assist with snacks and catering, and help maintain an organized, secure reception area. This on-site role emphasizes customer service, confidentiality, and teamwork across functions, reporting to Legend Biotech Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous receptionist/Office service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and friendly presentation and customer service.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with employees and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors, and manage the visitor badge process.
• Direct calls and voicemails to the appropriate departments.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
• Assist with office snacks, coffee, and supplies program.
• Coordinate catering for meetings and events at Somerset (Bridgewater backup).
• Maintain a professional reception area and ensure security protocols.
