Receptionist-Temporary
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30 PM
Pay Range: $17-19/hr
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Job Duties and Requirements:
The successful candidate will greet guests, clients, and visitors with professionalism and warmth. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff, maintaining a clean and organized reception and conference area, performing administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation, and managing office supplies. You will also be responsible for keeping accurate employee and visitor logs, enforcing security protocols including issuing visitor badges, answering inquiries from clients and the public, operating office equipment, and providing clerical support to other departments.
We require excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, a positive and eager-to-learn attitude, and a professional appearance. Bilingual abilities and experience with scheduling software are preferred.
