Role Description: We are looking for an honest, energetic and reliable Bilingual Spanish individual with a great work ATTITUDE to work the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Mon-Fri. Replies within 24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.


• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.


• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.


• Directing phone traffic to the right team member & handling simple billing inquiries


• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.


• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Call for billing and payments


• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.


• Administrative work - scanning, mailing, cleanup break room and ordering supplies
