About Our Agency

Our agency opened in 2011 and is a small, close-knit team of three who value flexibility, independence, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a quality control manager in industrial recycling and even owned a paintball park. I also spent time as a professional paintball player, which taught me a lot about discipline, focus, and teamwork.

We offer dental or vision benefits after the probation period, a Simple IRA, and licensing reimbursement. Our office also uses a rotating Saturday schedule—team members work one Saturday a month and receive a half day or early release during the week to make up for it. Our culture is very open, flexible, and relaxed. We believe in giving people the space to do their jobs well, so there’s no micromanaging here. We’re looking for someone who is responsible, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a flexible, independent environment.
