Mitch Hollier - State Farm Agent is seeking a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to greet customers, coordinate appointments, and support day-to-day office operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well, and eager to learn about insurance products, with a friendly, proactive approach and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
