ROLE DESCRIPTION

Leslie Gilley - State Farm Agency, located in Crestwood, KY, has an immediate opening for a Full-time (or) Part-Time Bilingual (Spanish / English) Receptionist. No insurance experience is required as we will train the right person with the right attitude. The main role is to ensure excellent service standards by responding efficiently to customer inquiries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The receptionist must be able to prioritize tasks effectively, stay highly detail-oriented, and manage front-desk responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service via phone calls or walk-ins. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, policy documents, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous customer service experience preferred (but not always required).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written - BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH).
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Outlook/Calendar).
• Comfortable using phone systems, basic office equipment, and scheduling software.
