I opened my State Farm agency in November 2016 after a career in the NFL and years of working in the insurance industry since 2012. I’m a graduate of Murray State University with a business degree and, outside of the office, I enjoy coaching my kids’ sports, volunteering at church, supporting local organizations, and getting in a round of golf when I can. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $17.50 - $19.25 per hour.
