The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented, and thrive in a supportive environment. Your role will include greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the insurance industry. Part-Time and Full-Time availability are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a receptionist or customer service role is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must be organized and able to multitask effectively.
• Ability to engage in sales conversations is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish is a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
