Position Overview

Responsibilities

1. Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed.
2. Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
