RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
2. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
3. Assist with administrative reporting of office activities and proactively reach out to our customers.
4. Curate, design, and help grow our social media presence.
5. Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Spanish Speaker - Bilingual REQUIRED
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer quick questions, and anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
