Atwell is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependableReceptionistto serve as the first point of contact at our headquarters. This person plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for employees, clients, and visitors while helping keep the office running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll manage our company phone system, coordinate conference rooms and meetings, support office operations, and provide administrative assistance to project teams. What You’ll Do
Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors.
Operate Atwell’s company-wide phone system supporting more than 40 offices.
Manage conference room calendars and coordinate meeting logistics, including larger meetings and trainings.
Coordinate catering orders and meeting setup.
Sort, distribute, and scan incoming mail.
Prepare UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping labels and coordinate outgoing packages.
Provide administrative support to project teams and other departments as needed.
Help maintain organized, professional, and welcoming common areas throughout the office.
Complete monthly company credit card reconciliation.
Help manage kitchen and breakroom needs, including ordering and stocking snacks and supplies.
Maintain kitchen organization throughout the day, including running the dishwasher and coordinating routine refrigerator cleanouts.
Assist with special projects and other office needs as they arise.
You may also assist with new hire and employee setup, including workstations, business cards, name tags, and Concur Travel profiles.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Approximately5 years of receptionist or related administrative experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and helpful approach.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with others.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as general internet and office technology.
A dependable, flexible, and solutions-oriented mindset.
