The Receptionist/Registration Coordinator interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff. Duties include: Admitting patients and processing their paperwork; Updating patient demographics/information in system; Collecting monies due and documenting in the billing system; Handling funds per office procedure; Processing payments; Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner; Managing all patient medical records; Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail; Maintaining a clean and safe front desk and lobby area.
Work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
