Job summary

Chapters Living Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate Concierge to warmly welcome residents and families and provide information about the community. You will assist with scheduling, transportation coordination, and daily errands, while keeping the front desk organized and handling calls and visitors.

The role emphasizes building relationships and collaborating with staff to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all residents. This is a part-time position with every-other-weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and their families, providing information about the community and answering any questions they may have.
• Assist residents with their daily needs such as scheduling appointments, coordinating transportation, and making reservations.
• Keep the front desk area organized and well-maintained
• Receive and direct all incoming calls and visitors.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and its services to effectively communicate with residents and their families.
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families to provide personalized service.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that the community is a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all residents.
