Job summary

The Colonnade Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide direct resident care under licensed staff. You’ll assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and maintain a safe living environment while documenting observations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred, especially assisted living or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with meal service and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and tidy living areas.
• Participate in resident activities and socialization.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations.
• Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate lifting and transfer techniques.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist with meal service and feeding residents as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including changing linens, making beds, and tidying up resident living areas.
• Participate in resident activities and socialization opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and observations.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.
