Responsibilities

• Greet clients, vendors, and visitors in the showroom.
• Use a multi-line phone system to direct calls.
• Process receipts for transactions in the sales department.
• Handle paperwork for dealer trades performed by the sales department.
• Perform general office duties such as emailing, copying, filing, and faxing.
