Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Car Washer at Napleton's Lexus of Wayzata to keep vehicles clean and presentation-ready on the lot. This entry-level role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, health benefits, and a path for advancement within a large, multi-brand dealer network.

Responsibilities include maintaining a neat lot, transporting vehicles as needed, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring every vehicle is washed and ready for display. Equal opportunity employer.

• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly and moving units as directed by the Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel as needed.
• Assisting with customer deliveries.
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot.
• Picking up vehicles from storage and delivering to storage and other dealerships.
• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary.
• Other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle machinery safely.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Dealership experience a plus-not required.
• Great attitude and customer service oriented.
• Ability to operate an automobile.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local/law regulations.
