Central Utah Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a friendly receptionist to join its patient-care team. You will handle hospital telecommunications, answer calls, manage paging, and support visitors, staff and families while upholding privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications include at least one year of reception experience in a healthcare setting and solid computer skills. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure an excellent patient experience and professional communication.

Qualifications

• One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Equivalent education and experience accepted.
• Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Provide hospital telecommunication services using phones, pagers, paging system, radio, or computer to connect visitors, callers, staff, patients, and families.
• Maintain records related to telecommunications (e.g., long distance calls, on-call staff, pages).
• Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice.

Qualifications

Required Skills:
