Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Receptionist in Norfolk, VA to provide general office support, answer calls, route inquiries, and handle mail in a patient-centered setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months of customer service or clerical experience. Hours are 3pm–8pm on weekdays and alternating weekends 8am–8pm, totaling 49 hours every two weeks. Benefits and perks are offered.

How you Will make a difference

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution.

What you Need to make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

The hours are weekday 3p-8p and every other weekend 8a-8p.

The week the weekend is worked, the individual will also have 2 weekdays with that week totaling 34hours; then the week the weekend isn't worked, they will have 3 weekdays with that week totaling 15hrs.

Total hours every 2 weeks are 49hrs
