Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Receptionist to join our Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center team. You will provide general office support, answer calls, route inquiries to the correct departments, and manage mail distribution across the facility.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of customer service or clerical experience. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive work culture focused on resident-centered care.

How You Will Make a Difference

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.
