Job summary

Signature HealthCARE LLC is seeking a Receptionist in Calvert City to provide essential front-desk and clerical support within our campus. You will answer calls, route inquiries to the right departments, and manage mail distribution in a patient-centered environment.

The role emphasizes friendly service and accurate clerical work in a busy healthcare setting. A high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months of customer service experience are preferred; comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution.
