Job summary

Birchwoodcc is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first contact for members and guests. You will manage phone calls, greet visitors, and assist with dining and event reservations, ensuring smooth operations at the clubhouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages.
• Greet members and guests entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Record dining & special event reservations.
• Coordinate general maintenance requests/concerns.
• Ensure lamps in Clubhouse are on and décor seems to be in place.
• Take to-go orders.
• Tidy and maintain the reception area.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
