Job summary

Birchwood Farms Golf Club is seeking a receptionist who serves as the friendly first contact for members and guests. You will greet visitors, answer calls, screen and forward messages, and assist with reservations.

This role requires a good work ethic, clear communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; you will coordinate maintenance requests and help with daily operations to keep the clubhouse welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls.

• Record dining and special event reservations.
• Coordinate general maintenance requests/concerns.
• Take to-go orders and tidy the reception area.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
