Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly first point of contact for customers. You will explain the repair process, coordinate rentals, and assist with insurance information to ensure smooth service.

The CSR role involves handling DRP assignments, scheduling, payments reconciliation, and maintaining a welcoming waiting area. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in our fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong organization, multitasking, time management, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process and insurance claim information.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services to provide one-stop service for customers.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the assigned service advisor or backup teammate.
• Support customer communication throughout the repair process as needed.
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments, and capture rates of assignments.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and Enterprise ARMS daily.
• Secure proper payments and reconcile invoices to payables.
