Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax professional. This role emphasizes friendly service, scheduling, and accurate assistance in a fast-paced franchise office.

You'll work with the team to ensure client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually, while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and supporting daily office operations. Pay range $22–$25 per hour.
