Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer calls, and help connect them with the right tax professional. This frontline role emphasizes a friendly, personalized experience and smooth daily operations at the office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
