Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to wow clients and help them make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money.

You will build client relationships that grow stronger each year and connect clients with the right tax professional. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you will answer phones, schedule appointments, and ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual channels.
