Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in El Centro, CA. You will answer phones, greet clients, and pair them with the right tax professional, while scheduling appointments and ensuring their needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual interactions.

The role requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work across locations is preferred.

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
