Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional.

You’ll schedule appointments, help ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels, and keep the office organized. Prior customer service and high school diploma preferred.

• Schedule clients as requested and coordinate appointments to fit their preferences.
• Ensure all client needs are met during service across in-person, phone, or virtual channels.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with the team.
• Other duties as assigned.

This office is an independently owned and operated franchise office operating under an agreement with H&R Block. Franchisees make their own hiring decisions and any questions regarding employment at this office should be made directly to the franchisee.

Pay Range

$18.00 - $20.00/Hr.
