H&R Block, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional while helping to schedule appointments. You will work in a fast-paced office and support clients in person, by phone, or virtually.

The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and comfort with Microsoft Office; franchise guidelines apply and franchisees decide hiring and employment inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule and/or multiple locations.
• Sales/marketing experience.

• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations


• Sales/marketing experience
