Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly welcome clients and support tax professionals in a fast-paced office. In this role you will answer phones, schedule appointments, and help guide clients to the right tax expert, ensuring every interaction meets their needs both in person and virtually.

You will maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to a team that delivers friendly, efficient service during peak tax season and beyond.

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment


• Previous experience in a customer service environment


• Ability to multi-task

• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations


• Sales/marketing experience
