Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect clients with the right tax professionals. You will schedule appointments and help ensure client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually.

The role emphasizes friendly client engagement, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced franchise office setting. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

• Sales/marketing experience
