H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect clients with the right tax professional. The role emphasizes friendly, personalized service and scheduling flexibility to meet client needs.

You will contribute to a positive client experience in a fast-paced franchise office environment, supporting the team and maintaining organized resources while handling multiple tasks across in-person and remote touchpoints.

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment


• Previous experience in a customer service environment


• Ability to multi-task


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations


• Sales/marketing experience
