Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax expert. You will help deliver friendly service that makes clients feel confident about their finances.

This role emphasizes multitasking, teamwork, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced franchise office. You may work at one or more locations and earn downtime during off-peak seasons.

Your Expertise:

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations


• Sales/marketing experience
