H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Round Lake Beach, IL. You will greet clients, answer phones, and help connect them with the right tax professionals, delivering a welcoming and efficient service experience.

This fast-paced role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking, and proficient use of Microsoft Office. You will schedule appointments, maintain a tidy office, and support the team across in-person, phone, and virtual interactions.
