Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax specialist. This on-site role emphasizes friendly service and efficient scheduling during peak seasons.

You will maintain a clean, organized office, handle multiple tasks, and support team members while delivering a positive client experience in person, over the phone, or virtually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule and/or ability to work at multiple locations.
• Sales/marketing experience is a plus.

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
